Positive: The rep contacted us the day before to check our arrival time. We ended up being delayed because of the traffic but we were able to message her and she made sure she was at the property when we arrived even though we had changed our arrival time twice because of the unpredictably of the traffic.
Summary: Superb house with everything you need for a family holiday.
